Steve Finn keen on making a comeback in one day cricket after being left out of England squad for Champions Trophy

England premier bowler Steve Finn had been regular fixture for the side in the ICC World Cup 2015. He took a five-wicket haul against Australia in the opening fixture of the tournament. After two years, situation has changed after Finn was not selected for England squad that is going to play in the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy. Finn looked dejected after not finding a place in the 15-man squad announced by James Whitaker.England will host the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy that is scheduled to be played in the month of June.

He did accept that he was erratic in the previous series against West Indies played in the Caribbean. He is determined to prove to the selectors he still produce the goods when England hosts two-match one day series against Ireland.

Mark Wood was the man who got the nod over Finn while the rest of squad looked pretty settled as England have tasted reasonable success in the past two years. Finn stated that he will try his best to make a comeback into England one day setup in future after featuring regularly for England in Test Cricket.
